Fantastic! Sandy was absolutely great. Had just had a bad experience trying to check into another hotel. I left there and came to Holiday Inn hoping things would be better. Sandy got me a room at a great price. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was really good. Pet friendly. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend.
Nice mid level hotel. Nothing fancy, but clean, and very nice staff. Good continental breakfast and very nice area to eat it in.
Located near the hospital I had to visit frequently. House keeping was kind and the breakfast every morning had a good selection. Staff was super nice and attentive.
Best park and fly in all of St Louis. Very good prices and very nice rooms. The shuttle also runs 24 hours a day which is very convenient.
Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. They had a crib available for our youngest. The Continental breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety. Only critique is that our bathtub stopper didn't work and front desk told me to "shove a wash cloth in it" well that didn't work was hard to bathe our kids. Also asked if they sold milk and they said they didn't have milk however it is available all every breakfast. Overall it was a good experience.
