Literally the best third shift crew I’ve ever seen. These people were quick and attentive. Their great service was accompanied with good humor and wonderful attitudes. They communicated well, and I’m sure they could handle any rush with excellence. Good job!
me, my father, and two kids visited this location earlier this evening. The young lady serving, cashing out, busing the tables (even making corrections to constant mess ups of the manager and helping out the much better staffed back of house) was the only reason we stayed. First, this young lady should be recognized. She was pretty much running the store by herself, which should overwhelm even the best of workers, she was constantly on top of everything the best she could manage and never let her outstanding customer service waiver. she was attentive helpful and never got rude or stressful to a customer (even when they were being extremely rude to her). The problem was the back of house and a manager who clearly has no business being in charge. I witnessed this man snap on her for asking for help or a replacement for a clearly hurting waitress leaving the store. Through out our service he began to increasingly get ruder to the only person working the front of house and then to the paying customers that began to voice their concern. Why was he seldom moving from his grill? Why is he aloud to ignore than snap on his only waitress for asking for missing food or corrections? Why is he yelling at his drive thru worker for not delegating any task, when that would be a management duty? Why was he very loudly (the whole dining room could hear) talking badly and belittling his only working crew member and then customers? Why was he allowing the rest of his crew sit around and talk more than once, instead of assisting where help was severely needed or coming out to help himself and making the other young man stay on the grill? As somebody who has been in food service and done his share of managing. This was the worst display of service i have ever witness. This man needs some serious training or a replacement manager should be found. Again, the young lady was clearly the only one who cared or properly did her job. Thank you, ma' am for delivering great service and not letting the joke of a store effect your work ethic.
Originally we are from Nebraska and there are no steak and shakes in our state. So whenever we come to Missouri, we make it a priority to stop here so we can have their delicious cheeseburgers. We picked up a quick dinner from this location and the customer service was awesome. Super helpful and nice people that were working here! The food is always awesome and the selection and deliciousness of the shakes is amazing.
Very Good Steak Burgers & French Fries( when they're fresh & hot). They have some of the best milkshakes anywhere!!. Prices for the most part are reasonable.
The food here is great. I eat here on a semi regular basis. The service is always friendly. My only qualms with this place is occasionally it takes a bit to get service when dining in. It is seldom a long wait, but when you are on a time crunch for lunch it is a bit inconvenient if you are wanting to sit and relax for a bit before heading back to work. Occasionally they also get my order incorrect, but will quickly remedy if they do. As stated above, for me it is just a time thing. If I am there for lunch, I am usually there for a quick lunch so waiting for my order to get fixed while coworkers finish their food is a bit inconvenient.
