My blood draw was smooth and easy. Some places hurt you. At Concerta she wanted to make sure she didn't have to stick me more than necessary, ONCE! I'm grateful.
I need to place a formal complaint against Michael R Watson from the way he treated me yesterday because he said that he was yelled at by my doctor for not doing his job. I have since switched to the Maryland heights office. I am a sick person trying to get help. I do not need to be yelled at by anyone for anything. I have been doing what the doctor ask and going to physical therapy, even if I am in pain and tired. I don't have control over what the doctor does or says he humiliated me in front of4 people and it is unacceptable behavior.
