I ordered cheesestick and pan pizza and they totally messed up with pan pizza. That was undercoated and taste was not at all good. The chesestick was OK. I will never order pan pizza from that location again.
Bread sticks were delicious. But the pizza crust bottom was overcooked and tough. Once I scraped top off and ate it, it wasn't too bad tasting but just seemed to be missing something flavorwise.
I love Papa John's but this one particular I will never order from again! I have given it more than one try and you are lucky to have enough cheese or even one piece of meat per slice. I will go out of my way to go to another branch from now on.
Food was fine, I’m not a big pizza fan and Papas is one of the only pizza places I like. My issue is with this locations customer service. We put in a large order from my place of employment only for them to tell us they don’t deliver to our business even though they are only 8 minutes away. They told us to call a location further away, that location told us they didn’t know why they said they don’t deliver to us because she was looking it up on her computer showing they did. I call them back, another employee answers and tells me the same, that they don’t deliver to us and he suggests yet another location even further away from the last one. I said look, you guys are less than 10 minutes from us, why are you suggesting I call a Papa John’s 25 minutes away?? After much frustration from multiple employees who were ordering we opted to call our order in and just carry out. I went by myself to pick up the food balancing 7 boxes to my car, none of the employees offered to help or even open the door for me! Really disappointed, especially after putting in a high dollar order. This place lost our business, we will order from Imo’s next time.
Thank you for being open late, on a Sunday, after a concert. The Mediterranean veg pizza on thin crust was the bomb!!
