We couldn't be happier with Unifirst being our uniform provider. They are reliable, efficient, and very easy to on board new employees with(unlike some other companies). Every single person we have come in contact with whether it's Paul in the office, Bob in sales or our route guy Josh, every experience is a pleasant one. This is the main reason we have been with them for years and just renewed for another 3! I would recommend them to any company big or small for not only company uniforms but all the other great services they offer. You won't be disappointed!

We have the absolute BEST service representative that comes to our facility each week. His name is Josh! Josh is always cheerful and helpful! If there ever is a problem, Josh takes time to correct the issue "on the spot". We've had other companies provide paper supplies and shirts. Hands down, JOSH, is the best! I look forward to seeing Josh each week when he checks our supplies and re-stocks what is needed.
My Unifirst Representative is outstanding. On the rare occasion we have any issues with service our delivery our Rep Paul Baxter is proactive and always makes the situation right in a timely manner. We have also always received great customer service. This includes quick inventory adjustments and even special one time deliveries to assist with special store events or remodel activity. Dealing with Paul and the Unifirst team has been a great experience.
Let me also add, when Josh is on vacation or sick, which is rare, but does happen, our order always gets messed up! Not to worry though, Josh fixes it the very next week!
Their driver tailgated me on the highway at 70+ miles per hour. When i called to report their driving i spoke to several rude customer service people and supervisors. Then on top of it they want to call the cops on me because they don't want to answer questions. They are by far the worst.
I am the branch manager for Enterprise Rent A Car in Littleton. Rusty comes once a week to switch out my towels or rugs. He provides GREAT customer service! Couldn't ask for a better uniFirst employee!
