They try to sell cruelty free products but not entirely successful or caring.

Worked with Chris Heffernan, great salesperson - knew when to be there and when to walk away. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture. We ordered our furniture, so now it's a waiting game and we'll see if it gets here in the time frame given.
More expensive than other places
Had a very specific checklist of what I wanted in a couch. Had to recline. I'm 5'7" and didn't want my feet dangling over. Needed fabric to be easily cleaned of cat hair and puncture resistant from back claws from jumping up and down. Finally it needed to be rather small as I don't want a room to feel cramped. My previous couch was 80" wide. The length really limited my choices. However, Denise at the Maryland Heights store was able to show me a few choices and spent a great deal of time choosing the perfect fabric with me. With a small deposit I was able to bring the fabric swatch home. I also like that delivery is included in the price and is done by employees, not some questionable third party delivery guys. I was surprised by how affordable the price was. The only downside is that I have to wait several weeks for it to made. I will post again after it is delivered. Denise was great and the rest of the staff seemed friendly.
We are very happy with our experience there. As we entered a group of salespeople were 'hovering' in the foyer, but we were greeted by someone that was definitely not the high pressure, which is good because I don't really well appreciate that approach in general.
When we finalized our choices we found the sales person (Jane, who was exceptional), sat down with her, went over pricing, promotions, financing, and delivery options. The whole process took about 4 1/2 hours, but the end result was well worth it and looks great in our living room.
Great selection and special orders workable

We went over what we were looking for (sectional type seating) and took a tour of the showroom, really given the time to see everything. We settled on a specific piece that was highly customizable and communicated that we needed time to go over fabric, colour, pattern, piping/stitching, cushion attachments, etc. (with no pressure as we did so).
Sales person not knowledgeable about product, lots of hidden fees and going back and forth to “ask the manager” basic things like pricing. It felt like I was at a used car dealership. Ended up going elsewhere and finding the mattress at a better price and without the hassle.
Sales staff is unpredictably trustworthy.
