Panera Bread by a different name. Great location if you're staying at the hotel. Quick service and very clean.
I'm so annoyed with this Bread Co. I have been coming to this location for months and my food is made wrong EVERY. TIME. Today I ordered a ham sandwich with cheddar, tomatoes, and spicy mustard. No spicy mustard, no tomatoes, and I got Swiss cheese. I hate Swiss cheese. I about gagged when I tasted it but that's not the point. I ordered a salad with extra black pepper croutons and I check my salad before leaving every time now because apparently "extra" means you want "none". So do I have croutons? No. My mom ordered a bacon TURKEY sandwich a few weeks ago. BUT THERE WAS NO TURKEY. I've never had this many problems at any other Bread Co. I don't normally write reviews but I cannot keep calling and calling when I get back to work because my food is never right.
This is also a VERY unreliable Bread Co. establishment. Their order system is constantly down in store so they don't receive orders.
The workers are always friendly and the coffee is good. The food is quality but the sandwiches tend to lack on meat. They also offer free WiFi. Good place for short business meetings over coffee.
Great help. Used the kiosk, but needed some personal attention. One of the ladies at the counter helped make sure the order was correct. She helped fill in the ambiguous parts of the order. Much appreciation.
I placed a to go order on a Thursday evening when they were slammed. Food came out quick and when I got back to the hotel my soup was still steaming hot. Can't ever go wrong with a chicken salad from here.
I will not be returning to this Bread Co.
TL;DR: Don't go here. They never get your order right.
